Local Life will make the sole determination as to whether content is acceptable for the Website. Because Local Life provides a platform for wide-ranging commentary by members of local communities, please keep in mind that even if you disagree with or object to a comment or review, Local Life typically does not remove comments or reviews in response to requests from users. Local Life’s role is not to arbitrate disagreements between community members and local businesses, or among community members.
By using the Website, you agree that you will not hold Local Life responsible or liable for any content from other users that you access on the Website.
6. Not permitted on our Website
Publish content on the Website that is:

Use Local Life or any of its resources to solicit Local Life customers and business partners to become users or partners of other online or offline services directly or indirectly competitive with Local Life;
Deep-linking to any portion of the Local Life Website;
Hyperlinking to the Local Life Website from any other website without our consent;
Acting illegally or maliciously against the business interests or reputation of Local Life and our business partners;
Trying to access data not intended for you, such as logging into a server or an account you do not have authorised access to; or
Infringe or violate another party’s intellectual property rights (such as music, videos, photos or other materials for which you do not have written authority from the owner of such materials to post on the Website).
Local Life does not get involved in the transactions in our Classifieds. Transactions are solely between buyers and sellers, and Local Life does not review or confirm most classifieds. You agree that any dispute between you (as the buyer or seller of any item) and another party with whom you interact as a result of the Classifieds does not involve Local Life, and you hereby release Local Life from any claims and agree to indemnify Local Life from any claims based on your acts or omissions.
Some categories of classifieds require a fee, as specified when you place the classified. Fees are non-refundable.
If you post a classified on Local Life, you are responsible for complying with Australian laws and regulations.

Offer or solicitation of illegal prostitution.
Weapons, explosives, fireworks, and related items.
Controlled substances or illegal drugs, substances and items used to manufacture controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia.
Prescription drugs and medical devices.
Blood, bodily fluids, or body parts.
Restricted or regulated plants and insects.
Pesticides or other hazardous substances.
Illegal telecommunications equipment.
Stolen property, or property with serial number removed or altered.
False identification cards, items with police insignia, citizenship documents, or birth certificates.
Counterfeit currency, coins and stamps, tickets, as well as equipment designed to make them.
Material that infringes copyright.
Bulk email or mailing lists that contain names, addresses, phone numbers, or other personal identifying information.
